Vermont Pear - Uses 100% Vermont-grown Bartlett Pears, bone dry and smooth with a delicate pear bouquet. A superb dinner wine.

Midnight Gold - Made from locally organically grown rhubarb lightly sweetened with a touch of Vermont honey. It is especially appropriate with desserts.

Autumn Harvest - This semi-sweet wine is made from a blend of Vermont apples and Montmorency cherries is lightly tart. It has a distinct cherry pie aroma and taste. Serve chilled for a special treat, try it warmed up with mulled spices.

Woodstock Red - A lightly oaked semi-sweet wine made from a blend of low brush wild blueberries and Vermont grown apples. Being light-bodied and fruity, it is excellent with beef and tomato dishes.

Vermont Apple - Semi-dry with a refreshing crisp green apple tartness. Excellent with seafood, especially scallops or shrimp.

Woodstock White - A lightly oaked dry wine made from a blend of Vermont grown Northern Spy apples and Vermont pears. Being light-bodied, this wine is superb with fish shellfish or poultry.
